Terms of Service.
Please thoroughly read through my terms.
I. GENERAL TERMS
✦ I have the right to decline any commission request without justification and/or if I don't feel comfortable or competent with the request
✦I can discontinue in-progress orders without refund due to harassment or breaching of any terms.
✦I reserve the right to upload and share completed commissions on my portfolio and socials. However, a privacy fee(30% of total FINAL discussed commission price) is available for purchase if the client wishes to do so.
✦You must provide reference images which clearly depict the subject(s) and any specific desired characteristics of the subject(s). I will clarify with the client about any details of the commission I am unsure of.
✦The client may ask me for a WIP occasionally, but I will automatically give the client a update every 5 days.( Do NOT spam me everyday. If you need the commission to be done at a certain date TELL ME or a rush fee of 20% total FINAL discussed commission price is available.
✦No bartering or complaining about my prices. It is extremely unprofessional and will be blacklisted publicly with reason in the future. However if you are a repeated customer (3+ times) feel free to ask for a discount!
✦ I do not work with people who use AI art or use NFTs/Cryptocurrency.
✦Depending on the commission type and my present workload keeping in mind that I have a day job and also stream, commissions can take from 1-3 weeks. If work duration is predicted to be over 1-3 weeks, I will notify the commissioner before proceeding.
II. USAGE
✦ I retain full copyright ownership of all my artworks. A copywrite usage fee is available for clients who want to use their works in stream and/or merchandising.
✦Redistribution, reposting, and usage must be cleared with me first, even if it's not for monetary profit(i.e posting on twitter). Please DO NOT modify the artwork(filters and gradient maps are OK) I do small changes for free ,and visible credit MUST be given and DO NOT claim it as your own.
✦You may not use my work to train AI.
✦You may not use my work for NFT, Cryptocurrency, nor Web3 purposes. If i find this out halfway through the commission I have the right to either terminate the commission without refund and/or charge you a kill fee of 150% of the FINAL commission price if you still want the art work(WITH WATERMARK) and I will blacklist you for future commissions.
✦ALL artworks by default are intended and priced for personal use ONLY (please discuss with me if you want to use it for content creation and streaming,copywrite fees may apply.)
✦For commercial pricing (redistribution of any form for monetary gain, e.g. merchandise, ads, game assets, etc.), communicate directly with me so I am able to give you an appropriate quote, depending on the usage and type of commission. It is the client's duty to be transparent about the usage of my artwork.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
>Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
>Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
>Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the artwork for personal use only.
A few examples include - profile picture and on twitter WITH visible credit
III. PAYMENT
✦All payments are done in US dollars.
✦Payment is available through Paypal and Wise. Please inquire about other payment methods(PayNow & PayLah!) for Singaporean clients(please note I will convert prices from USD, i will discuss with you the final pricing BEFORE payment). Other methods purchasing commissions are available through my Ko-fi page.
✦I allow payment plans for orders above $300. Please discuss with me further for details.
✦Commissions below $100 are payed fully upfront.
✦Full upfront payment is prefered. However I also accept half of the payment before starting and half AFTER sketch and color.
I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU AFTER THIS STAGE. Please be certain about your purchase.
IV. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
✦I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time if I cannot complete it for any reason. A full refund will be provided.
✦Client is free to cancel the commission if I haven't started sketching yet, if the sketch & color is done, a 75% percent refund is avalible, however this is a case-by-case basis.
✦If the client decides to cancel a commission that has been drawn AFTER the sketching phase,the client will be charged a cancelations fee based on hours worked.
✦If the client has commissioned more than one piece of artwork and decides to cancel one of them AFTER confirmation at sketching phase, the client will be charged a cancelation fee. However, client is free of charge to cancel it before I'll begin my work on that asset.
✦As stated above in III. PAYMENT no refunds possible after delivering final project files.
✦Clients who make a chargeback via paypal WITHOUT DISCUSSION will be blacklisted publically with reason.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

✦I reserve the right to stream the process of your commission or post it's spoilers on my social media/portfolio. If you wish your commission to stay fully private until debut, a NDA fee as seen below, will be charged.✦These are FLAT one time fees that are only applicable to ONE commission each, (i.e if you are a indie purchase two tier 2 commissions and are interested in a NDA fee, you would have to pay $50x2) and would still need to credit me after your debut or when you are ready to post my art on your platform.
